OUR CHEF: Chef Mai from the landmark Miami Asian restaurant Nobu brought his expansive culinary knowledge and operational restaurant skills to provide an all-around pleasure for guests. Mai specializes in the delicacies of Japanese, Thai and a measure of Peruvian.


Also having carved his way out to notoriety from Nobu is Sushi Chef Jo. The Sushi Bar items are simply super fresh. Once passing a discriminating test to make their way on the shelves here–they can only dock for a day to assure an elevated esteem of customer satisfaction.
